Cafe right near Shin-Okubo station
A popular cafe from Hongdae, South Korea, has landed in Japan! Right after exiting Shin-Okubo station, Cafe BingGo is in a building overlooking the Main Street. Here you can enjoy various Korean sweets. During the hot summer season, why not try the shaved ice topped with fruits and oreos? The stylish cafe is spread out over two floors with comfortable seats.

It was already a hot day in June when we visited so of course, we ordered the shaved ice. Wondered whether to have seasonal peach or standard strawberry but settled on mango.
It came with a generous serving of mangos with mango sherbet on top – great combination with the milky shaved ice. For ¥1300 it’s a deal! Besides, shaved ice, they have lots of sweets in the showcase by the cash register.
One order per person so we ordered and shared the shaved ice and hot tea.
Access
The entrance was a little difficult to find. We finally found the staircase by the side of the building which led to the second floor cash register section.
