New integrated spot – Park/Shopping Mall/Hotel
The reborn MIYASHITA PARK which opened in 2020 was originally a regular park. The ideal location of the park which stretched from nearby Shibuya station to Harajuku station was redeveloped as a commercial complex with the park on the 4th floor roof area. In the shopping complex there are high brand stores such as Louis Vuitton as well as Shibuya Yokocho designed as an old-style food stall street. It is a unique spot which combines the past and present of Miyashita Park!
MIYASHITA PARK (Roof floor 4F)
It is a bright park with a lawn. Playing with balls is not allowed so small children can safely play. The Yamanote line trains incessantly go by on the tracks below so it is a great spot for train-watching with children who like trains.
There is Starbucks and kitchen-car type cafes here. Relax and enjoy on the bench or on the lawn. Bouldering, skateboarding and sand court can be enjoyed for a fee. There is no shade so the summer heat could get intense on the roof top.
VALLEY PARK STAND
Café attached to the Hotel sequence MIYASHITA PARK. It opens at 8:00 in the morning, coinciding with the park (roof) opening. Serves sandwiches and fruits as well as cake and donuts – perfect for children! The interior is spacious, accommodating strollers. Both eat in and take out food available.

RAYARD MIYASHITA PARK(1-3F Shopping Mall)
The building is divided into North and South. High brand stores such as Louis Vuitton, Prada and Balenciaga are in North 1F.
The restaurants and cafes are accommodating to families with small children and strollers. Many stores offer take out so it is convenient.
Souvenir shop where you can buy various specialty products from Tokyo. If you’re thinking of buying souvenirs at the airport or Tokyo station buy them here! Recommended because it’s less crowded.
FOOD HALL(3F)
Food court where you can find stores such as McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Panda Express, Ramen shop. Recommended for children who are tired of Japanese food.
Perhaps the adults will prefer the seafood bowl or Korean food but the good thing about a food court is that everyone can have what suits him/her. From the train-side seats, you can see the Yamanote line trains go by. It’s just one floor beneath the rooftop so getting take out and heading for the roof park might be a good idea to keep the children who can’t sit still entertained.
BREAD,ESPRESSO&MACHIAWASE(2F)
Bakery on the Shibuya station side – just up the escalator. The store is small but this is the only eatery that is open from 8:00 in the morning on the RAYAES MIYASHITA PARK side. Good place for breakfast or for snacks to take to the park.
8:00-21:00 (L.O. foods 19:00, drink 20:00 ※ takeout 20:30)

Miyashita Cafe,The Matcha Tokyo(South 2F)
After walking around the complex and getting tired, there are cafes where you can enjoy coffee and tea. On South 2F, two places are recommended: Miyashita Cafe and The Matcha Tokyo.
SHIBUYA YOKOCHO(1F)
Shibuya Yokocho is where you can enjoy local Japanese cuisines, cheap local food and sake from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south. The lively atmosphere at night might not exactly be a place to go with children but why not try going during lunch time? The place is popular and gets crowded during lunch but going with children might be a good idea, especially if you’re concerned about your kids making too much noise! It’s noisy so nobody will care. The aisles and seats are narrow so going with strollers will be difficult.

I guess the hours cater to the young who want to enjoy the nightlife. Actually, the hours also work for young children who get up early in the morning and need a nap.
Bunk rooms (with bunk bed) or King bedrooms are ideal for families. Only King bedrooms and suites come with bath tubs. All other room types come only with showers.
SOAK
There is a restaurant and bar on the top floor of the restaurant 18F. The terrace seats become a pool in the summer and a foot bath during the rest of the year.
The reservation page is in English and various other languages so making reservations is easy.
The restaurant is open from 6:00 p.m. There is no children’s menu but the bolognese pasta and hamburger plate are dishes that children like. Enjoy the Shibuya night view while dining.
