The official Pokémon Cafe is located in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan. The Tokyo cafe is at Nihonbashi Takashimaya Shopping Center, a 5-minute walk from JR Tokyo station Yaesu North Exit. The Osaka one is at Daimaru Shinsaibashi Store, directly accessible by underpass from Osaka Metro Midosuji Line Shinsaibashi station. Store hours at both locations are 10:30-22:00 (as of July 2023).

The trick to get reservations
Internet reservations are required, which by the way, are extremely hard to get. Up to 8 guests are allowed per reservation. Reservations open at 18:00, 31 days before the date of your planned visit date. From my experience, reservations fill up in one minute – so much competition! The recommended way to gain entry is to go directly to the store where they post cancellations for the day. If you’re lucky, you can grab a cancelled spot. There are no guarantees that spots will open up so you may be making an unfruitful trip if you’re unlucky.
